We are excited to announce Full Circle 2013 – Bottletop’s flagship contemporary art and music event, staged annually since 2009 in support of the Bottletop Foundation. This year, Full Circle will take place on Friday June 7th at the stunning Victoria Miro gallery, London marking the launch of Cinematic Visions, an exhibition curated by this years co-chairs, US actor James Franco, British artist Isaac Julien and Glenn Scott Wright, Director of Victoria Miro and trustee of the Bottletop Foundation.

With a committee comprising of luminaries from the worlds of contemporary art, fashion, music and film, Full Circle is a unique evening of contemporary art punctuated with performances by leading recording arts in support of young people worldwide.

The exhibition explores the enduring influence of film on visual artists and how, in an age of the Internet and social media, painters continue to engage with the moving image. Art its heart are questions about time, technology, narrative, memory and their impact upon contemporary painting.
