Enjoy free shipping to the UK on all purchases pre Christmas.
UK orders should arrive in 1-2 days.
European orders should take 5 – 6 working days.
For the USA, Canada and Far East orders should take 6 – 10 working days.
For the Rest of the World orders will take appx 10 – 12 working days.
Please ensure you leave plenty of time to enable Christmas orders to arrive.
Returns Policy
1. Cancellations
1.1 You have a statutory right to cancel products listed in your order (“Products”) and claim a full refund within seven working days of receipt of the Products (“Cooling-Off Period”).
Please contact us at info@bottletop.org to notify us of your intention to cancel within the Cooling-Off Period. We will provide a full refund, including the cost of the original delivery of the Products, within 30 days of receiving your notification to cancel.
